Order Station app (for business owners)

  • Order Station is a separate app for business owners. When you use it we collect the account owner's phone number and name to sign in and link the device to their business, plus a random identifier unique to that installation to tie the session to the device.
  • The app uses no Firebase services and no analytics or advertising tools, and it does not read the device's advertising ID. New-order alerts are generated on the device itself.
  • The app does not request location, camera or microphone permission. Bluetooth is used only to connect to the thermal printer inside the business, and no data is sent through it to our servers or to any third party.
  • Order details shown on screen — including customer details — belong to the business and are shown to it only to fulfil the order; they are not stored on the device after the app is closed.
  • To delete a business owner's account or data, email us at info@orodat.online.

Children's Privacy

  • Our platform is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to This Policy

  • We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our platform. Your continued use of Orodat after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
